Every purchase of handmade pottery supports women. All of our pottery is handmade by employed women fleeing homelessness, domestic abuse and sex-trafficking. Employed women are residents of a long term shelter offering safety and care for the women and their children for up to 2 years.  In addition women from a safe house fleeing sex-trafficking are employed. No woman is turned away based on her past but employment is offered to help them take hold of their future. Financial training, emotional care and support, and professional skills are also offered to assist these women's transition into stability.
